Hoummus

INGREDIENTS
200 grams chick peas
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and freshly ground pepper


PROCEDURE
Place first 5 ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Place in airtight container and chill until ready to serve.
